Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Office Gutter Installation Supervisor to oversee daily gutter installations, fabrication, and delivery, coordinating with installation contractors across the territory. You will ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of home construction/remodeling/gutter installation experience.
• Active and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate a box truck safely.
• Comfort with ladders and field installation environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Ensure daily job completion and location attainment.
• Coordinate with LeafFilter teams and subcontractors.
• Provide quality installation following training processes.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
• Communicate progress with local office daily.
• Deliver excellent customer service on-site.
