Leaf Home seeks an experienced field installer supervisor to manage daily gutter installations and fabrication deliveries in the Michigan region. You will operate company vehicles and gutter machines, ensuring high-quality workmanship and on-time completion for third‑party contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Comfort with ladders and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to train others and juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Ensure daily installation targets and location attainment.
• Coordinate with LeafFilter teams and subcontractors for fabrication/installation.
• Deliver quality installation following training processes.
• Maintain job documents and communicate progress to leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service on site and adhere to safety policies.
