Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Installation Assistant to support gutter installations and fabrication at customer sites in a fast-paced team environment. You will travel within the territory, follow installation procedures, ensure daily completion, and provide excellent on-site customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in home construction or gutter work, strong detail orientation, and solid communication skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in home construction/remodeling/gutter installation.
• Demonstrates superior quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a can-do attitude.
• Active listening, clear communication, and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Assist Field Gutter Manager with installations.
• Provide quality installation per training processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service on-site.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Operate a box truck safely with valid license.
• Assist with ladder access as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
