Job summary

Century Arms is seeking a skilled firearms technician responsible for providing high level customer service on firearms sold by the Company, troubleshooting and repairing firearms for internal and external customers, and ensuring quality workmanship.

The role includes inspecting components, checking headspace, assembling firearms, documenting issues, and maintaining a safe, organized work area within a heated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• General mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs firearms for internal and external customers.
• Checks headspace on firearms and adjusts as necessary.
• Repairs stocks, aligns sights and test fires.
• Assembles firearms of a difficult nature.
• Fabricates simple tooling, tools and fixtures.
• Assists in production prototyping.
• Documents problems on customer returns as required.
• Inspects first piece samples from vendors and documents findings.
• Maintains safe, clean workstation and follows all safety policies.
