Job summary

PWG Range is seeking a qualified Gunsmith with verified experience to join our team in Poway, CA. The role requires 2+ years as Gunsmith or 5+ years as Armorer; a certification from firearm manufacturers is preferred. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 with heavy commission and bonus potential based on experience.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive computer entry. This is a full-time position with no on-the-job training.

• Verifiable gunsmithing experience required; not an on-the-job training position.
• High school diploma or GED required; knowledge of firearms and accessories.
• Willingness to obtain Armoring Certification from firearm manufacturers.
