Catalent’s Greendale, Indiana site is a key part of the company’s Wellness business, specializing in gummy formulation and manufacturing. We are seeking a Production Technician - Mogul to produce packaged candies following SOPs and quality standards on a Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm shift, onsite at Greendale, IN.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to GMP, SOPs, HACCP, and FQP training. You will assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, and material readiness, ensuring

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow instructions and use judgment to perform job functions.
• Capable of performing a variety of tasks autonomously under general supervision.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds; stand and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Safely execute packaging tasks per SOPs and quality standards.
• Assist in equipment care, cleaning, and inspection.
• Support safe and efficient changeovers of packaging lines.
• Ensure packaging materials available per production schedule.
• Report equipment malfunctions or off-spec production with details and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of area, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, HACCP, and FQP and wear PPE.
• Take responsibility for producing high-quality products at every step.
• Participate in required training to perform job responsibilities effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
