Cornbread Hemp in Kentucky is seeking a Gummy Production Technician to join our fast-growing team. You’ll coordinate gummy pours, weigh ingredients, monitor temperatures and deposition into molds, ensuring every batch meets our quality standards.

You'll follow recipes and GMPs, document batch records accurately, and communicate effectively with production leads to keep the line on schedule. This role supports a safety‑driven, growth‑minded culture with overtime opportunities and room to advance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a food, confectionery, beverage or other manufacturing production environment.
• GMPs, sanitation practices and following written SOPs.
• Clear verbal and written communication on floor coordination.
• Flexible to changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Pours: plan and sequence gummies pours with timing on schedule.
• Run Production: weigh, stage ingredients, monitor temperatures and deposit into molds.
• Follow the Process: adhere to recipes, SOPs and GMPs for consistency.
• Document Accurately: complete batch records and logs on time.
• Monitor Quality: perform in-process checks and escalate issues.
• Handle Post-Pour Steps: curing, demolding, finishing and packaging.
• Maintain Cleanliness: clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Operate Equipment: safely operate production equipment and report issues.
• Overtime Opportunities: availability for overtime and weekend work.
