Strong attention to detail and English fluency are essential. The position requires standing, lifting, and operating various hand tools; overtime may be required, and overtime compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year gummy/candy manufacturing experience preferred.
• Fluent English for reading and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate gummy kitchen equipment and HMI controls to produce batches.
• Ensure raw materials match recipes and batch records.
• Maintain sanitation, CIP, and food safety standards.
• Conduct hourly quality checks on color, flavor, weight, pH, BRIX, and temperatures.
• Complete logs and use the computer for data entry.
