Job summary

Flexjet is hiring a Fleet Technical Manager specializing in Large Cabin aircraft, specifically Gulfstream, to join our maintenance organization at Flexjet's facility in Cleveland, Ohio. The selected candidate will primarily focus on our growing Gulfstream G450/500/650/700 fleet of aircraft.

The key responsibilities include managing fleet reliability and daily dispatch operations, offering troubleshooting and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery support to the maintenance control center, and

Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant license is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience with large cabin Gulfstream aircraft (G450/ G500/ G650/ G700).
FARs knowledge and familiarity with Gulfstream service changes and bulletins.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and recommendations to control center support groups.
Oversee coordination of maintenance for scheduled/unscheduled aircraft maintenance and delays.
Drive continuous improvement in availability, dispatch reliability, and owner satisfaction with cross-functional processes.
Develop cost-effective solutions to operational problems in a cross-functional environment.
Assist maintenance providers in troubleshooting complex aircraft issues.
Review inspection programs, customer bulletins, and OEM service changes.
Report to the Lead Fleet Technical Manager.
