Job summary

Jet Linx seeks an experienced Pilot in Command to safely operate company aircraft under FARs and Jet Linx procedures. You will plan and execute flights across Part 91 and Part 135, manage duty and rest scheduling, and maintain EFB systems.

The role requires substantial PIC and turbine flight time, a current First Class Medical, ATP eligibility, and US work authorization. Base is Teterboro with a two-hour call-out expectation.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 3,500 hours minimum.
• 2,000 hours PIC minimum.
• Falcon 7X experience: 250 hours total and 250 hours PIC.
• Multi-engine: 1,500 hours total and 500 hours PIC.
• Turbine: 500 hours total.
• Instrument: 300 hours total.
• Current First Class Medical.
• ATP or ability to obtain.
• Passport and unrestricted travel to EU, Canada, Caribbean.
• US work eligibility.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit.
• PRD review participation.

What You'll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command and ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with FARs and Jet Linx procedures.
• Plan, brief, and execute flights across Part 91 and Part 135 operations, demonstrating strong, proactive decision-making.
• Manage duty, flight, and rest times in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain clear communication for standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre-/post-flight reporting.
• Manage and maintain Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
• Keep navigation charts, publications, and company manuals current and accessible.
• Represent Jet Linx core values with clients, crew, and partners on every mission.

• Readiness & Compliance:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment and applicable random drug and alcohol testing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Physical Requirements: Frequent work around aircraft and terminals; ability to move up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the previous 24 months
