Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Pilot – Captain to lead safe flight operations and ensure regulatory compliance across global missions. The role involves collaborating with the aviation team to provide secure and comfortable air transportation that supports the company's strategic goals and clients worldwide.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years flight experience, or a high school diploma with 12 years of corporate aviation, U.S. passport, and international travel ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and eight (8) years flight experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with twelve (12) years professional corporate aviation experience.
• Valid US Passport; ability to travel internationally.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Gulfstream G650 Type Rating (or similar large cabin experience) and other listed qualifications can help.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Pilot and Aviation team to ensure safe flight operations and compliance with FAA and other laws.
• Contribute to Solventum’s global success as an indispensable resource to the company and its customers.
• Provide safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable air transportation that surpasses customer expectations and supports Solventum’s global strategy.
