Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Pilot – Captain to join our aviation team. You will partner with the Chief Pilot to ensure safe flight operations, comply with FAA and other regulations, and deliver exceptional air transportation services worldwide.

The role requires a strong background in corporate flight, international experience, and a Gulfstream G650-type rating. Remote-commutable to Fort Lauderdale with travel up to 60% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and eight years flight experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED and twelve years corporate aviation experience.
• Valid US Passport
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction
• Gulfstream G650 Type Rating (or similar large cabin experience)
• International flight experience
• Part 91 corporate flight experience
• Flight Instructor Rating
• 3,000 hours fixed wing flight time
• 1,500 hours fixed wing turbine flight time
• 1,000 hours Pilot in Command flight time
• Airline Transport Pilot rating
• Current FAA First Class Medical
• FCC Radio License

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Pilot and the Aviation team to ensure safe flight operations and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to Solventum’s global success as a key air transportation resource and trusted partner for customers.
• Provide safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable air transportation that surpasses expectations and supports Solventum’s global business strategy.
