Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Pilot – Captain to lead safe flight operations and compliant aviation services. The role requires extensive flight experience in corporate aviation, international travel ability, and a U.S. passport.

Remote work with significant travel will be involved as Solventum expands its global aviation capabilities. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus extensive flight hours, a Gulfstream G650 type rating (or similar), and current FAA medical at First

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and eight (8) years flight experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND twelve (12) years professional corporate aviation experience.
• Valid US Passport Ability to travel internationally without restriction

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Pilot and Aviation team to ensure safe flight operations and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to Solventum’s global success as a premier air transportation provider.
• Provide safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable air transportation to surpass customer expectations and support global business strategy.
