Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking an experienced PIC to lead the safe, compliant operation of a Gulfstream G280 based at Bridgeport–Sikorsky Airport (KBDR), CT. You will hold final authority over all flight operations for a Part 91, two-pilot setup and deliver superior owner/passenger service with a well-supported team.

Responsibilities include flight planning, performance, weight-and-balance, CRM/TEM usage, and coordination with dispatch and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Current FAA type rating for Gulfstream G280
• Total flight time 3,500+ hours
• 2,000 hours PIC
• 1,500 hours multi-engine land
• 500 hours PIC multi-engine land
• 300 hours instrument
• 500 hours jet time

Responsibilities

• Exercise final responsibility and authority for all flight operations Under Part 91
• Coordinate crewing, trip assignments, and regulatory compliance
• Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance
• Lead Threats, Plans, and Considerations briefings; follow SOPs
• Interface with dispatch, maintenance and internal partners
• Serve as Ground/Safety Coordinator; ensure aircraft readiness
• Deliver clear passenger briefings and high-level owner/passenger service
• Maintain CRM/TEM, safety programs, and regulatory training
