Job summary

Executive Jet Management seeks qualified pilots for a Gulfstream 280 based at Bridgeport-Sikorsky Airport, CT. This two-pilot account is supported by a maintenance technician; PIC holds final responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient operation.

Senior experience in corporate aviation and an FAA type rating are preferred. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to SOPs, with a strong focus on flight planning, crew coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure

Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Total flight time: 3500 hours; Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours; Pilot in Command: 2000 hours; PIC MEL: 500 hours; Instrument: 300 hours; Jet: 500 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment, as required.
• Leads required briefings and mitigates operational risks using CRM/TEM.
• Complies with SOPs and coordinates with company personnel; acts as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
• Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status, to ensure mission capability; records discrepancies.
• Ensures all aircraft ground servicing items are monitored and completed per SOPs.
• Delivers the highest level of customer service and meets passenger needs.
• Uses CRM and TEM to communicate clearly with crew and support personnel.
