Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified pilots for a Global 5000 aircraft based at West Palm Beach, FL. The PIC ensures safe, compliant, and efficient operation and delivers an exceptional service experience to owners and passengers.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, FAA type rating in the applicable fleet, and a high level of professionalism. A focus on safety, CRM, TEM, and SOP compliance is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours
• Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
• PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet
• 4–6 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight
• Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements
• Completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment
• Leads required briefings and mitigates operational risks using TPC methodology
• Complies with SOPs and coordinates with company personnel; serves as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator
• Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status; records discrepancies
• Monitors and completes ground servicing items per SOPs
• Delivers passenger briefings and provides exceptional service
• Uses CRM and TEM to communicate with crew and support personnel
• Delivers an exceptional service experience and resolves deviations
• Maintains regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
• Complies with company SMS program and reports safety concerns
