Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all regional activities through Account Managers.
• Manage financial results, business planning, forecasts, productivity, staffing and budgets.
• Support business development with client pricing surveys and presentations; monitor competition.
• Coach, motivate and develop regional teams; ensure HR policies and staffing plans.
• Lead client communications and ensure service quality and satisfaction.
