Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager for Gulf Coast pipelines and midstream to lead growth, manage key accounts, and deliver safe, profitable projects in the Gulf Coast region. You will partner with regional teams, align delivery with customer objectives, and mentor staff while driving long-range strategies and high-value engineering execution.

Based in the Gulf Coast, you will oversee portfolio performance, set KPIs, forecast staffing, and ensure contracts meet Worley standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in pipeline, midstream, energy infrastructure, project delivery, or related industries.
• Proven success developing and executing account growth strategies, especially Gulf Coast.
• Experience leading multi-office and global delivery teams.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Gulf Coast pipelines and midstream customers.
• Establish and maintain management/decision maker level relationships with customers.
• Lead portfolio management for pipeline and midstream projects ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance: revenue, gross margin, cash flow, schedule, resources.
• Promote Worley project delivery processes and integrated delivery capabilities.
• Support strategic hiring, talent development, and succession planning.
