Worley is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager for Gulf Coast Pipelines & Midstream to lead a broad portfolio of onshore pipeline, gathering, transmission, terminal, storage, and midstream projects across the Gulf Coast region. The role combines leadership and individual contribution, mentoring staff while driving project delivery, customer relationships, and strategic growth aligned with Worley objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, business, or related field, with relevant experience.
• Minimum 15 years leading pipeline/midstream projects and customer relationships.
• Proven ability to grow business and manage complex portfolios.
• Experience coordinating multi-office and global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Gulf Coast pipelines and midstream customers.
• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead portfolio oversight, ensuring alignment with safety, contractual, and financial targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including revenue, gross margin, cash flow, schedule, and resources.
• Promote standard Worley delivery processes and leverage global delivery capabilities.
• Mentor staff and develop talent across regions.
