Air Liquide in Houston is seeking a Commercial Manager for the Gulf Coast Pipeline (GCPL) to manage opportunities and customer relationships across industrial gases, utilities, and services within assigned accounts. You will lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive profitability.

The role requires a BS in chemical/mechanical engineering or business, MBA preferred, and at least 5 years of commercial experience in the industrial gas sector.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (chemical or mechanical) or business related degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years industrial gas commercial experience.
• U.S. work authorization in good standing; sponsorship not available.
• Knowledge of air separation technologies, pipeline systems, and related cost factors.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and generate business opportunities across GCPL accounts.
• Prepare/analyze preliminary project economics using existing resources.
• Present proposals to senior management and lead project teams.
• Write contracts and negotiate with customers to closing; lead key raw materials negotiations.
• Manage assigned accounts; administer contracts; oversee billing and profitability reporting.
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain customer databases/files.
• Renegotiate/extend pipeline sales agreements; support strategic account teams.
• Develop relationships with customers, market groups, operations, and engineering to maximize opportunities.
