Job summary

Sepratech LLC, a rapidly growing industrial water treatment company serving the Gulf Coast region, seeks an Industrial Water Treatment Sales Engineer to drive new business and manage customer relationships across the Gulf Coast territory.

This field-based role serves oil refineries, petrochemical facilities, power plants, and data centers, collaborating with engineering teams to develop custom solutions and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in water treatment.
• Experience selling to refineries, petrochemical facilities, power plants, food manufacturing, or data centers.
• Familiarity with competitors such as Veolia, Xylem, Ovivo, MPW, or Puretec preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships within the Gulf Coast.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract closure, including deals $50,000–$500,000.
• Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to plant engineers and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop customized water treatment solutions.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining margins.
