Job summary

Probus Insurance Broker in India is seeking a proactive SPOC to manage partner inquiries, coordinate with agents, and drive policy issuance and renewals for Health Insurance. This remote role embraces a wide partner network across India and aims to boost engagement and growth.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in Insurance or BFSI, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple relationships. Freshers with excellent communication are welcome; full-time remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, Broking, Banking, or the BFSI sector.
• Experience in Health Insurance, policy issuance, and partner/agent coordination is preferred.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our Partner Support Team. You will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for partners across India in our Motor Insurance vertical, ensuring seamless support, engagement, and business growth.
