Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years guitar playing experience.
• Minimum 5 years advanced guitar setup knowledge with ability to assess playability and setup.
• Minimum 2 years basic guitar repair skills including soldering and electronics.
• Ability to adhere to internal quality specifications and standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, cloud apps, RFID).
• Solution-oriented, strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate form, fit, function & finish of Gibson instruments.
• Complete instrument checklist, shipping label, photo generation.
• Scan instrument into RFID database system.
• Conduct advanced musical instrument setup & repair.
• Identify defects and communicate findings to leads & supervisors.
• Stand for long periods (8-12 hours) and maintain work area.
• Support safety management system and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
