Chelmsford Public Schools' Chelmsford Community Education is seeking a Private Lesson Teacher: Guitar for Fall 2026. Location: Chelmsford Community Education, reports to the Director of Community Education.

Pay rate is $25 per 30-minute lesson, with private half-hour sessions offered. The teacher will instruct guitar and music literacy for all ages (K–Adult), offer individual and group lessons, differentiate by ability, and coordinate with staff and families.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Teach guitar skills and music literacy to all ages (K-Adult).
• Teach individual and group lessons.
• Differentiate instruction for varying abilities.
• Collaborate with Community Education staff, parents, and faculty to coordinate lessons.
• Must complete CORI check.
