Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking equipment to meet neck mill specifications.
• Manage materials in the conditioning area and monitor wood moisture content.
• Perform glue-up operations for fretboards and necks.
• Plane wood to precise thickness and measurements.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and defect-free production.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
