Job summary

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in Corona, CA is seeking a Packer for our Final Assembly team. You will perform the last quality check and securely pack guitars for shipment to our distribution center, ensuring they meet Fender's high standards.

You will operate pallet jacks, label boxes, and keep work areas clean and organized according to 6S standards while supporting production flow with attentive teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a warehouse, packing, or shipping role.
• Experience operating pallet jacks is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform final visual quality inspections on guitars before packaging.
• Safely package guitars into shipping cartons following procedures.
• Prepare and label boxes for shipment to the distribution center.
• Operate pallet jacks to move packed products and pallets.
• Maintain a clean, 6S-compliant work area and stocked packaging materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and communicate quality needs with the team.
• Perform additional duties to support Final Assembly operations.
