Job summary

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in Corona, CA is seeking a Packer to join the Final Assembly team. You will perform final quality checks before packaging guitars for shipment and ensure they meet Fender’s high standards of quality.

The role requires pallet jack operation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Competitive benefits accompany the pay scale of $17–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse, packing, or shipping environment.
• Experience operating pallet jacks required.
• Able to lift and move guitars and boxes up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform final visual quality inspections on guitars before packaging.
• Safely and efficiently package guitars into shipping cartons according to standard procedures.
• Prepare and label boxes for shipment to the distribution center.
• Operate pallet jacks to move packed products and pallets within the Final Assembly department.
• Ensure packaging materials are stocked and organized to maintain production flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 6S standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding product quality issues or packaging needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Final Assembly operations.
