In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions, mentoring junior developers and facilitating team collaboration. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll evaluate and integrate new technologies. The position operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days onsite in Hartford, CT or Hunt Valley, MD. This role is only open to local candidates with advanced skills in Guidewire Integration and APD.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and related integrations.
• Proficiency in Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD).
• Strong mentoring and team collaboration skills.
