Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst to support PolicyCenter implementations for Personal Lines P&C in a hybrid US role.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery across Agile teams.

Travel to US client sites is required, and candidates must be eligible to work in the US; the position offers growth, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with 3+ years on Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong Personal Lines P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and BPM tools.
• Guidewire PolicyCenter certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PolicyCenter implementations.
• Translate insurance processes into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and delivery leaders.
• Support data migration, system integration, and API requirements within Guidewire.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Ensure clear communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
