Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer in the United States to design, configure, and deliver PolicyCenter solutions within a complex insurance technology environment.

You will own key configurations, integrations, and production support, working across the full software development lifecycle with best practices. This role offers exposure to PolicyCenter and related platforms for reliable policy administration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong expertise in PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Experience supporting PolicyCenter applications in production, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire best practices and software development lifecycle principles.
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain, particularly Personal and Commercial Property, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders and manage priorities in a production-focused environment.
