Job summary

You will apply your expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire Advanced Product Designer, Design Innovation, and Java to support projects and drive technical decisions. As a team lead, you will mentor members, facilitate collaboration, and translate requirements into technical specs, while evaluating new tech to boost performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter is required.
• Expert proficiency in Guidewire Advanced Product Designer is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Design Innovation, GuideWire Integration, and Java is suggested.
• Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that meet client needs.
• Mentor team members and facilitate collaboration to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and configuring software systems end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle.
• Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and user experience.
