Role: Guidewire Developer (Claim/Policy – Configuration or Integration)

Location: Remote (India)

Job Overview
We're seeking experienced Guidewire Developers with strong expertise in Claim Center or Policy Center, focused on either Configuration or Integration tracks. This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals passionate about delivering robust insurance solutions using Guidewire technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Guidewire Claim Center or Policy Center
• Work on either Configuration (Product Models, UI, Rules, Workflows) or Integration (GOSU scripting, Web Services, Messaging, APIs)
• Collaborate with BA, QA, and other dev teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide estimates, status updates, and solutions
• Ensure code quality and perform peer reviews

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in Guidewire Claim Center or Policy Center
• Expertise in GOSU language, Guidewire Studio
• Strong hands-on experience in either:
• Configuration: Entity model, UI changes, rules, workflows
• Integration: SOAP/REST web services, messaging, plugins, external system integration
• Understanding of insurance domain (P&C) processes
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology

Nice To Have

• Guidewire certification in Claim Center/Policy Center
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure)
