We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and integrating Guidewire solutions to support business requirements in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Customize Guidewire applications using Gosu language and Guidewire Studio.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support integration with third-party systems using APIs, SOAP, and REST services.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter.
• Proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire Configuration/Integration.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Data Model, plugins, and web services.
• Guidewire certification in PolicyCenter or BillingCenter (mandatory).
• Experience in P&C insurance domain workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Local to Virginia or Iowa and willing to go onsite as needed.
