• Strong expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite applications: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Gosu programming.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud or on-premise implementations.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire configuration and customization across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Design scalable, maintainable solutions using Guidewire best practices.
• Review designs, code, and implementations for quality and compliance.
• Provide guidance on configuration components: Product Model, PCF, Business Rules, Workflows, Data Model Extensions, Integrations.
• Lead a team of Guidewire developers and configuration specialists.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and estimate effort.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and SDLC methodologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and product owners.
• Support production deployments and post-implementation activities.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Guidewire practice.

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Lead to drive the design development and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter BillingCenter andor ClaimCenter platforms The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership mentor development teams collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of Guidewire configuration initiatives aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead Guidewire configuration and customization activities across PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Guidewire best practices
• Review technical designs code and implementation approaches to ensure quality and compliance
• Provide guidance on Guidewire configuration components including:
• Product Model
• PCF Page Configuration Format
• Business Rules
• Workflows
• Data Model Extensions
• Integrations

Development Delivery:

• Lead a team of Guidewire developers and configuration specialists
• Participate in requirement analysis and solution design workshops
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Estimate effort identify risks and support project planning activities
• Ensure adherence to coding standards development processes and SDLC methodologies

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts architects QA teams and product owners
• Communicate technical solutions and project status to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Support production deployments and postimplementation activities

Quality Governance:

• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Ensure application performance scalability security and maintainability
• Support defect resolution and root cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Guidewire practice

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
• 8 years of software development experience
• 5 years of Guidewire configuration and development experience
• Strong expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite applications

• ClaimCenter
• Hands-on experience with Gosu programming

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.27/hour - $81.67/hour. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
