Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Policy Center Config Developer (Contract) to configure Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu PCF and Product Model in Cincinnati. You will implement policy lifecycle components, customize product models, and support integrations and UI/workflow enhancements.

Responsibilities include unit testing, code reviews, and collaborating with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality configurations and deployments on a contract basis.

• Experience configuring PolicyCenter with Gosu PCF and Product Model.
• Implement policy lifecycle components including submissions, issuances, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements.

• Configure product model lines of business, coverages, conditions, exclusions, modifiers.
• Develop and enhance UI screens, validation rules, and workflows.
• Work on rate tables, underwriting rules, and eligibility rules.
• Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems using SOAP/REST, Messaging and Plugins.
• Perform unit testing, defect fixing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to implement requirements.
• Support production issues and release deployments.
• Contribute to estimations, design discussions, and technical documentation.

We are looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuring PolicyCenter using Gosu PCF and product model The role involves implementing business requirements supporting integrations and ensuring high quality delivery across Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu PCF and Product Model
• Implement policy lifecycle components including submission issuance endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements
• Configure product model lines of business coverages conditions exclusions modifiers
• Develop and enhance UI screens validation rules and workflows
• Work on rate tables underwriting rules and eligibility rules
• Support integrations with upstream downstream systems using SOAPREST Messaging and Plugins
• Perform unit testing defect fixing and code reviews
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams to understand and implement requirements
• Support production issues and release deployments
• Contribute to estimations design discussions and technical documentation

Technical Skills Mandatory:

Good to Have:

• Experience with Guidewire Integration Framework
• Exposure to ClaimCenter or BillingCenter
• Guidewire upgrade or cloud GWCP experience
• Performance tuning and batch configuration

Domain Experience:

• Policy administration processes

Certifications Preferred:

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $14.77/hour - $23.07/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
