Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer in the United States to configure, develop, and integrate within the Property & Casualty insurance domain. You will work on Gosu, PCF, data models, and rule engines, building robust interfaces and workflows.

You will collaborate with BAs, architects, QA, and other stakeholders, contribute to upgrades and cloud migration, and follow coding best practices in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter development.
• Proficiency in Gosu, PCF, integrations, and configuration.
• Good understanding of P&C insurance claims processes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Guidewire integration patterns.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter based on business requirements.
• Develop solutions using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, and Rules Engine.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and batch processes.
• Develop workflows, validations, activities, and business rules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
• Participate in Guidewire upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with BAs, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Follow Guidewire development standards and coding best practices.
