Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States seeks an Associate Principal - Architecture to lead Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and complex integrations, balancing onsite client needs with offshore delivery.

You will provide technical leadership to Guidewire teams, design data models, manage upgrades, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and collaboration with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• 11–15 years of work experience overall.
• 5–8 years hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration.
• One complete end-to-end implementation experience.
• Development experience with Guidewire GOSU code.
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs, methods, rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration solutions with 3rd party services for ClaimCenter.
• Provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates.
• Collaborate onsite client needs with offshore delivery for quality results.
• Invest 40% of time in ClaimCenter development for releases.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore to resolve production incidents.
• Manage and communicate team status to onsite management.
• Provide technical support for Guidewire ClaimCenter in production.
• Analyze defects with team and coordinate with other providers.
• Ensure applications stay up and running with integration owners.

Job Title: Associate Principal - Architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to develop integration solutions with 3rd party integration survives for ClaimCenter
• Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates regarding Guidewire development and support
• Work at Onsite Client Location to understand the exact Client Business Needs check the technical Feasibility to achieve the requirements and then communicating the same to Offshore there by making Offshore to produce quality deliverables expected by client
• Hands on experience to invest 40% of time for ClaimCenter development work for release
• Onsite Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
• Managing and communicating team status to Onsite Management
• Technical support for Guidewire ClaimCenter in production
• Coordinating with team to analyze defects
• Coordinate with other service provider and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running

Technical Skills

• Guidewire ClaimCenter experience for implantation and integration with 3rd party services
• Experience with creating new products within ClaimCenter knowledge of Commercial Insurance CA WC GL is required
• Creating new data model elements and extending the existing applications data model with new properties
• Managing application configuration and performing minor major software upgrades
• Establish and execute traceable unit and integration tests automated as to be agreed Experience working with SQL Server or DB2 database
• 3rdparty platform integration
• Application Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containers

Must Have Skills

• Overall, 11 - 15 years of work experience
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire ClaimCenter modules
• Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• One complete end to end implementation experience
• Development experience with Guidewire GOSU proprietary code
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs methods rules and processes

Good To Have

• Web services i.e., WSDL SOAP XML REST
• Certified Guidewire ClaimCenter professional
• 34 Years of experience in Java programming Strong skills in Java programming
• Experience with REST web services is a plus
• Experience with various code versioning systems such as SVN
• Ability to multitask and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Experience in working with customer directly is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
