Job summary

AF Group is seeking an experienced Architect II to lead architecture for the core insurance platform, with a focus on Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Cloud. The role partners with business and technology teams to design scalable, secure solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.

You will define integration strategies, establish architecture standards, evaluate new Guidewire capabilities and cloud services, and ensure performance, security, and operational

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or ContactManager.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Knowledge of Guidewire APIs, event frameworks, and integration architectures.
• Strong OOAD and multi-tier architecture knowledge.
• Experience with SOA/EDA, Microservices, Web API, messaging.
• Ability to mentor teams and guide design.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership and technical direction for Guidewire applications.
• Define integration strategies between Guidewire and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate new Guidewire capabilities and cloud services.
• Ensure security, performance, and operational readiness.
• Create design patterns and reusable components.
