Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Battle Creek seeks a friendly Housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and uphold Hilton standards. You will clean rooms, corridors, and public areas, restock amenities, and ensure equipment and supplies meet brand guidelines.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a positive attitude in a fast-paced hotel environment. Training is provided; benefits include PTO and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret / extract information.
• May require record keeping.
• May have need for good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas following Hilton standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities.
• Make beds and restock amenities.
• Report issues to Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and maintain a 30 min clean time per checkout and 15 min per stayover.
