Responsibilities

• Facility walk-throughs and inspections of building and systems to ensure safe operation.
• Preventive maintenance and energy management aligned with brand standards.
• Repairs, renovations, and special projects in guest areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Plumbing and mechanical work including installation, inspection and repair.
• Maintain exterior grounds, public areas and maintenance spaces for safety and aesthetics.
• Monitor pool and whirlpool systems and conduct daily safety checks.
• Log work, generate reports, and keep leadership informed on property condition.
