Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varied spaces.
Comfort using computers to log work and run preventive maintenance programs.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Facility walk-throughs and inspections of building and systems to ensure safe operation.
Preventive maintenance and energy management aligned with brand standards.
Repairs, renovations, and special projects in guest areas and back-of-house spaces.
Plumbing and mechanical work including installation, inspection and repair.
Maintain exterior grounds, public areas and maintenance spaces for safety and aesthetics.
Monitor pool and whirlpool systems and conduct daily safety checks.
Log work, generate reports, and keep leadership informed on property condition.
