Highgate Hotels in Scottsdale is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to all guests. You will perform pre-cleaning duties, restock supplies, and ensure rooms meet brand standards.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long shifts, and good verbal and written communication with colleagues and guests. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and full-time schedules at properties like La Quinta Phoenix -

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of employees and guests.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
