Responsibilities

• Clean showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Clean guest laundry area and maintain washer/dryer as needed.
• Deliver towels, extra pillows, supplies to guest rooms.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Report lost and found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Work with the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.
