Island Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms spotless and welcoming, ensuring cleanliness and safety across our California properties.

You will perform routine housekeeping, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Training and advancement opportunities are provided through our in-house programs, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties: change sheets, towels, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, and tidy rooms after checkout.
• Ensure all rooms meet brand and IHM standards.
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances.
