Job summary

SpringHill Suites Raleigh/Cary in Cary, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms in line with Westin and CMC Hotels brand standards.

You will clean, stock, and inspect rooms, ensuring safety and guest comfort while collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality. Flexibility with weekends/holidays is required; prior experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation procedures, and proper cleaning techniques is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Westin and CMC Hotels brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and thoroughly clean all guest room areas, including bathrooms.
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
• Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.
