CMC Hotels, at SpringHill Suites Durham-Chapel Hill, is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Attendant to keep guest rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You will follow Westin brand standards, make beds, replenish amenities, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms meet quality targets.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation procedures is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and cleanliness.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Westin and CMC Hotels brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and thoroughly clean all guest room areas, including bathrooms.
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
