The Residence Inn by Marriott Milpitas is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to clean and service guest rooms and assist in public areas. You will restock amenities, respond to guest inquiries, and support special cleaning projects to maintain high standards of comfort.

Role requires professional demeanor, basic English communication, and the ability to work with the hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Basic English housekeeping communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant experience to guests.
• Assist with reports, maintenance request forms, logbooks, lost and found as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning projects and other duties.
• Follow PHM Handbook guidelines and safety policies.
• Inspect and clean guest rooms, replace linens and amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean high touch areas.
• Interact with guests professionally and resolve concerns.
• Help with inventory and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
