Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred or experience in a hotel or related field.
• Able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for the next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Aim to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
