Job summary

Four Seasons Scottsdale is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to deliver the highest level of guest room cleanliness and service. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, respond to guest needs, and support the housekeeping team under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager.

The role requires at least one year of hotel housekeeping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work full-time hours including holidays and weekends in Scottsdale.

• One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is asset.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

About the role:

The Guest Room Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail , ensur ing all guest rooms are clean and up to standard . This role anticipates , customizes, and services guest's needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the RC housekeeping , reporting into the Housekeeping manager .

Schedule & Hours:

• Full time 40 hours a week. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm. Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends
