Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to service guest rooms and fulfill housekeeping requests, ensuring guest comfort at all times. The role supports luxury standards and requires a proactive, team-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, handle electronic systems efficiently, and contribute to a flawless guest experience through meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality.
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to assist with Lobby, Desk and House Attendant duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and self-inspect guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Inspect all rooms (vacant or dirty) checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies.
• Inspect VIP and Special Attention rooms carefully ensuring all requests and amenities are completed.
• Receive and complete guest requests on the floors (e.g., extra pillows, blankets).
• Keep linen rooms tidy, stocked and closed; ensure equipment is clean and in good order.

About the role

We invite you to apply to join our Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team asa Guestroom Attendant! The Guestroom Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

What you will do

• Clean and self-inspects guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Inspect all rooms (vacant or dirty) checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies.

• Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully ensuring that all special requests and amenities are completed.
• Receive and complete all guest requests when on the floors, i.e. extra pillow, blankets.
• To keep linen rooms, tidy, correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order.

What you bring

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.

• Requires attention to detail andproblem-solvingskills.
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas ofLobby Attendant, desk Attendant and House Attendant.
• Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments onasneedbasis, in order to promoteteamwork.
