Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Manages orders with accuracy and coordinates with kitchen/bar.
• Promotes menu items and upsells to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Adheres to laws governing alcohol service and responsible beverage practices.
• Monitors guests for intoxication and notifies supervisor as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of restaurant offerings and local points of interest.
• Handles payments accurately and processes transactions.
• Performs opening/closing side work and participates in daily stand‑ups.
• Adheres to food safety regulations and teamwork expectations.
• Maintains clean, organized dining areas and proper hygiene.
